(vipmen.net) - The year-end party of Dutch Lady Vietnam jubilantly took place in Binh Quoi with the participation of more than 800 staff on Saturday February 3rd, 2007. This was a great chance for staff in HCM and Binhduong to gather sharing a successful year and looking forward to a new successful year. Mr Rien de Groot, Managing Director opened the party by highlighting 2006 healthy performance and sending best wishes for a new prosperous year to all staff and their families.
The new element in this year’s party was the Innovation Ideas 2006 awards, which has been created to encourage DLV staff to actively contribute new ideas, solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency in their work. This award will be maintained as annual company activity. Overjoyed with 4 selected winning ideas, Mr Hoang Tan Long in Engineering department, who won the 1st prize of 10 million Vnd, emotionally shared his feelings “…I am very glad to receive this award. I will continue looking for better ideas, solutions to help the company improve its performance”. Nicely knowing that Mr Long is also one of the first staff, who honorably received 10th year service recognition badge last year.
The party became more exciting with many interesting performances of all departments. It was surprising to notice many talented singers, who are not only good at work but also excellent in entertainment.
DLV year-end party closed in the warm and happy atmosphere celebrating a good performance year and welcoming a new year full of confidence and challenges.
